The app won't open or is crashing

• Force close the app

• Make sure you are using the latest available version

Premium features are not activating

• You have a stable internet connection
• You tried the "Restore Purchases" button inside the app

My generated prayer doesn't feel personal enough

• Try adding more context in the free-text field before generating — a name, a situation, or a few words about what's on your heart can make a significant difference

The prayer contains something that doesn't apply to my situation

• AI Pray generates prayers based strictly on the parameters you select and any context you choose to share
• If something feels inaccurate, try using the free-text field to clarify your situation before generating again

Is my prayer data private?

• The parameters you select (such as your emotional state, intention, and any free-text context) are transmitted to OpenAI's API or Anthropic's API solely to generate your prayer
• This data is not stored by us beyond the duration of the request
