These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Pray mobile application ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. About the Developer

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the required age, you may not create an account or use the Service.

3.User Data

Subscription status is handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat for purchase verification and entitlement management.

Analytics and crash diagnostics may be collected and processed to improve the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features may require an auto-renewing subscription, managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date
• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings
• No refunds are handled directly by the developer
• The price and duration of the subscription are shown at the time of purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• You can restore purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option (if available) or through your Apple ID subscription settings.

The subscription unlocks additional features but is not required to use the basic functions of the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Use scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to interact with the app
• Misuse the Service in a way that harms other users or the developer
• Submit offensive, harmful, or illegal content through the prayer generation input fields

6. Third-Party Services

These services may process technical and device-related data (such as device identifiers, IP address, app instance identifiers, and purchase-related information) as necessary to operate the Service, provide analytics, crash reporting, and manage subscriptions. We do not intentionally share your name or direct contact information with third parties.

OpenAI

• Prayer generation — processes the parameters you select and any optional free-text context to generate personalized prayer content, in accordance with OpenAI's API usage policies.

• Prayer generation — processes the parameters you select and any optional free-text context to generate personalized prayer content, in accordance with Anthropic's API usage policies.

7. AI-Generated Content

Prayers generated by the Service are produced by an artificial intelligence model. While we strive for quality and appropriateness, we cannot guarantee that generated content will always be accurate, theologically correct, or suitable for your specific situation. The developer is not responsible for the content of AI-generated prayers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all text, graphics, images, quotes, UI elements, and design assets, is owned or licensed by the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

9. License and Apple Standard EULA

Your use of the Service is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), unless a custom EULA is provided on the App Store product page. The Service is licensed, not sold.

10. Termination of Use

The developer may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or illegal behavior.

11. No Professional Advice

The Service provides AI-generated prayer content for personal and spiritual use only. It does not constitute religious, theological, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. The generated prayers are not a substitute for pastoral guidance, counseling, or professional support.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Device issues or malfunctions
• Indirect or consequential damages

13. Changes to the Terms

The developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. If you are a consumer residing in another country, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
